Do you like movies made from the mind-blowing stories of Philip K. Dick?

So do we.

Philip K. Dick was a brilliant paranoid with a fantastic story sense. He didn't make much money from his novels while he was alive but his stories have fueled a series of great and near-great screenplays for movies we love. Our contributor, John Bruni has a passion for movies made from PKD's stories. He's given us yet another essay for a Dick movie: Imposter (2001), filled with his usual trenchant observations. Take a look-see.

The Academy Awards came and went and we're filled with the age-old feeling of popularity vs. quality. Being in San Francisco, The Toast was much impressed and enjoyed Milk (2008). The Toast loved seeing the scenes of The City in the 70s.
