Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002)

arry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets was even better than the first movie. There was more adventure Hermione Granger and more scary stuff like the basilisk. The basilisk is a big snake with big fangs. It lives in the chamber of secrets that is in the girl's bathroom. You may think that Harry would have a hard time getting into the girl's bathroom but no one goes in there because it is haunted by a ghost girl named Moaning Myrtle. She moans and complains so no one wants to go in there. Harry is able to speak snake language known as parcel tongue and the sink opens up and Harry and Ron can enter the Chamber Of Secrets under the castle. Harry fights the snake and almost gets killed but saves Ron's sister Jenny who had been captured by the snake.

My favorite character is Hermione. She is very smart and always has good ideas. When she, Harry and Ron drink a magic potion that is supposed to turn them into students from Slytherin, Hermione accidentally gets turned into a cat. After the cat spell is broken she then gets petrified and spends the rest of the movie turned into stone. I am really glad when she becomes un-petrified because without her help it was difficult for Ron and Harry to succeed..

The whole movie was really exciting. I've watched the movie ten times and I'm still not tired of it. Go see it, it is cool! That's all folks!

Hermione Granger is also a favorite of ours here at The Toast. Sometimes, she can be a bit bossy, but her immense heart and her desire to work tirelessly for the oppressed have endeared her to us. Although her parents are Muggles, they’re very proud of her and send her healthy snacks at Hogwarts. Hermione has a brilliant mind and reads voraciously- she’s memorized many, many spells – and we have no doubt that she will grow into a first-class and superior Witch. The only question is: was she born in 1979 or 1980?
