The Movie Essays of Valentina Alexander-Pending- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows- Part 2 (2011)
2005- Valentina is in the 4th grade and
her favorite classes are any in music and literature. After school she
hangs with her friends and socializes. She also performs in a choir and
they sing folk music, jazz tunes and classical songs. Recently Valentina
started piano lessons and rumor has it that she takes to it like a
prodigy. After only 4 months she loves to play anything by the immortal
Ray Charles. 2003- Valentina is in the 3rd grade at Oxford Elementary. She is an avid reader and enjoys acting, singing and playing the recorder. This summer she performed in two plays; playing a witch in one play, and Portia, the wife of Brutus in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar in the other.
2001- Valentina currently attends Oxford Elementary School in Berkeley, California and is in the 1st grade. She lives with her lovely mother, her dog Gizmo, and her patient father with whom she plays "Harry Potter". |

2006-
These are exciting times for Valentina. She just celebrated her 11th
birthday and next Fall will start her studies at King Middle School in
Berkeley, California. During this summer she’s taking classes in dance
and other creative arts. Valentina likes singing, playing the piano, and
messing around with computers and her Game Boy. Her dog, Gizmo, has been
her steady companion for many years. He’s a fine little dog with an
open and cheerful outlook. Soon, however, he’s going to have to learn
to get along with another critter- a cat no less. Valentina will
be getting a kitten and she’s very excited about it. Poor Gizmo.
